We are a friendly and professional family run business with over 30 years combined experience in both the restaurant and event industries with Jason leading the team.
Since an early age, Jason has been passionate about food, focusing his entire career around the restaurant and catering industry. An experienced head chef with strong links to the Hampshire and West Sussex regions, Jason has built a network of trusted independent suppliers producing delicious local produce to support his business; allowing him to produce innovative and inspiring menus for all occasions. Tasting as good as it looks!
Whilst notably gaining a reputation for Hog roasts, spit roasts and BBQ’s, Jason also specialises in Authentic Big Pan/Street food dishes such as paella and chilli.
From intimate family gatherings with simple, wholesome food, to grand-scale weddings or tailored corporate events offering high-quality colourful cuisine, let us take care of the finer details for you. Hog Roasts
Enjoy our locally sourced hog roast, slowly cooked to give you a fantastic warm smokey flavour pork which melts in your mouth. For events with less than 40 people we recommend our pulled pork option.
Big Pan Street Food
Our big pan and street food dishes are great centrepieces for events. All ingredients are sourced from specialist food importers who are just as passionate about food ensuring our food is as authentic and tasty as possible.
